He said they are too similar in personality, style and attitude, which I agree.
But Carl Brown needs to retire happily and focus on Boys Town.

Carl Brown can lead BT to the 2013 RSPL Title and 2013 CFU Club title.
If the JFF technical commitee feel there is a role for Carl Brown,they will say so. De Oliviera used Carl Brown as a defensive coordinator for the 2002 WCQ. He did reasonably well in that role. I suspect though, that Whitmore's team already has the defensive overseer role set up this late in the prep for the qualifiers.
He's said he wants to change quite a few things, including putting four solid central defenders right across the back four......thats where he lost me.
I respect Carl Brown. He's a decent man and coach. He needs to give to the youth of boys town. And he can keep himself ready. You never know when he'll be required again. Nevertheless, Now is not the time.

I agree a 100%. The team never did well the last time Carl was in charge. Football has evolved past the level of coaching where Brown is at now. He probly need to focus on getting a job at the grass root level. International ball is bigger than him.
