Di yute have Marlon King's finishing ability and Shelton's speed. What more con we ask for? Time fi Vancouver coach big up Mattocks and mek him a regular starter.
Darren Mattocks scores his first MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER goal...
Javincy, stop playing....
That was his SECOND MLS goal, he scored the first one a few weeks ago.
But it was an excellent finish.
Correction, that is his second "professional" goal....This is his first MLS goal. AMYWAY Canadian Championship goals don't count as MLS goals...I stand correct

Darren Mattocks picked a good time to score his first professional goal, netting the equalizer in Vancouver's 1-1 draw vs. Cascadia rival Portland on Saturday.
The goal, one of several scored by MLS rookies this past weekend, made Mattocks our pick for SBI MLS Rookie of the Week. Mattocks beat out a strong field of rookies who did well in the past week's slate of games. 2012 MLS first-round picks Andrew Wenger, Matt Hedges and Austin Berry all scored goals last week.
Its only a matter a time before he kicks down the door to the natl team. Right now the Door is just hanging from the hinges. He's threat to score not only from ground but also from the air , making him more versatile than Cummings and Shelton.
