Maybe Tappa need to send out a world SOS...top class defenders needed for the Jamaican national team...pre-requisite qualifications necessary is Jamaican heritage under FIFA rules...CVs/applications being accepted now...all qualified applicants will be considered for the job
Immediate start, btw.
Ric,
Right on this one......we need to find a couple defenders who can deal with Antigua and Guatemala in the short term but long term they need to be able to handle Landon Donovan, Clint Dempsey, Edson Buddle, Javier Hernandez, and Bryan Ruiz.
But as another ite mentioned, it is not as much the individuals but the team defensive system, organization and cohesiveness needs work, irregardless of the players who are starting.
The defense wasn't the disaster I expected from reading on the board. But it is evident that we need more quality there.
