One of the main reasons for Jamaica's poor performances over the years. They take too long in bringing the players together. With the level of soccer today selecting teams cannot be treated like a little scrimmage where players are brought together two days before a game especially when some players have never represented before. It is not fair to the new players to expect them to step in and perform well.
