Well done by the Boyz.....we have something to build and work wid. Give WD sometime with the U23 squad and let them play against good foreign competiton.
I am not sure academy are needed for this age group since most of these players should be graduating from academy by 18 years old and entering professional environments.
I'm saying at whatever age the leading nation conduct theirs.

. . .that's the main problem-what happens to the players after they leave the informal 'academy' or the formal academy. HI, the leading nations' 'academies' whether they be national or more commonly linked directly to a club plug directly into professional football for the academees-that's why they work. If the connection between academy and professional football is too attenuated then you're not going to get the same effect.
WD really doing a good Job. Seems it started with Reno.. before he took over they were cellar dwellars in the NPL. Does anyone here remember where Reno finished in the tables last season? I know they were in the top 5.
All Reggae Boyz BIG UP unnuself. Really a historic achievement despite the end. All decent people know that it was not a penalty and outside the box anyway, but nuff man aguo home without silver including big time Argentina, Brazil and Colombia ask dem if dem wodda tek a silver. Big time step inna de right direction.
Sr. A. the midfield started breaking prior to the changes and the subs did not elevate the game, not the Coaches fault totally during the game maybe some blame by the way of lack of preparation. Vernan was winded and got slightly injured on the tackle. The pace was fast and players got tired, even those in shape. i.e 20% 'windedness' allows for mistakes and mental fatigue, so the substitutions were needed. I am just not sure that I would have made them so rapidly, but thats why he is the coach and we are armchair. However, no form of criticism re: Coaches or players can diminish this ginormous achievement, period. Mi see all waggonist... yu know wa mek mi left dat alone.
For the first time in awhile I saw players that can execute the fundamentals of the game, the rest will come from experience.
Xy stops by RBZ not too frequently these days and will be even more infrequent going forward. I never intended to be a long term frequent poster from the jump, so if you followed my 'postings' you would have figured that out and no amount of reverse Psych will not change that. Carry on Chap!

We know where you stand on the issues. We are talking about people who have gone into hiding recently.
People who used to post on here regularly but who run gone hide because they had lost faith and all I am saying to all of us is that he who seeks knowledge begins with humility.
We have to be able to say that we were wrong and so mi beat everyone all the time now its time to beat myself hence mi voicemail pon mi cellie

I saw the penalty call in the match on a Fox Report Replay. I think that the call was dubious. It look to me like he threw himself into the penalty box.
