Lets recall some great men who've been fighting for our lives. I want to recall the reggae revolutionaries that gave us such inspirational lyrics and music to carry us through the hard times and to inspire us to fight for a better day. Give a shout out the a reggae ragga and a line from his/her lyrics.

But on the reggaeboyz tip I would drop a cover version done by barrington levy.... "I deserve the right to live like any other man"

Gregory Issacs I think did the original.

DDread...did you see the 3-hour special on Discovery last night bout Jesus. Very interesting show. Left me with the impression that he was more a charismatic politician and a great champion for the people (with a large dose of Hamilton Israel mixed in) than anything else. In that respect he was certainly ethereal. Narrated by Avery Brooks.

Should a call it "Let recall some great message from Reggae music" still..but a nutten!!

Sine all the great Bob Marley have already taken...I will say tune called 'SOLIDARITY'...don't remember the name of the group that sing it though...

Another song called "Worry dem a worry dem foreign mind..." by the dread (who incidentally could not get a USA visa for a long time).
