I've always believed Burrell was telling the truth about accepting any funds...but Webb has been protected by the press in Cayman and his clique in Cayman's football community...the press in Cayman will not even print any letters or comments asking..."did David Frederick accept this bribe money on his own accord or did he do it on CIFA and Webb's behalf ?"
If CONCACAF wants to start with a clean slate, Webb MUST be made to answer this question before any nomination goes forward...otherwise CONCACAF will still carry the stink of this entire affair with Jeffrey Webb as its president.
