I was looking for the other Keammar thread without success. According to the writer of the article Daley has numerous suitors in Asia the States and Norway, or so his handlers have led them to believe. Interesting times may be on the horizon for Dada. The article is in Dutch, Google Chrome has an excellent translator app btw.
Has the Jupiler League soon another exotic player there? Fat chance that there appears in it. Keammar Daley, a 23-year-old Jamaican, has put his sights on a move to Belgium.
You probably have never heard of Keammar Daley. That is not surprising, because the international played in Jamaica until now only in its own national league. Since this year he released from his old club, having spent over 5 years 'solid' Sat
In an interview with Voetbalkrant.com explains Karl Wallace , who represents Daley, why the great talent could not leave earlier at the club. "Daley did the jump to Europe a few years ago to make, but his club stopped him. The chairman of the club wanted Daley, who has several times player of the year has become, really do not. Daley had a contract for five seasons that he had to take off fully. European clubs could only get Daley and the millions of dollars on the table could impose. Such a risk is no club. "
"100% sure to Europe ' But at last there is an end to his adventure in Jamaica. "Daley is 100% sure to Europe. We have a new partner that has convinced us to Daley to get to Belgium. We have already received several offers for Daley in the MLS (National League of the United States), from Norway, where several top of the national team playing in the English Championship and several top clubs in Asia. "
Daley wants to prove, however, in Belgium, where he will earn a lot less money than in Asia. "Daley wants to complete in Belgium in the spotlight and then play in Europe to excel. Money is not important at this stage of his career, he especially wants to play and create a furore in Belgium. Football in Belgium is working on a rise, just look at the last outgoing transfers (refers to Courtois and Witsel). "
Scout: "He scores and makes scoring" Voetbalkrant.com also spoke with Brian Lewis , a scout a football in Jamaica intensively closely. Daley he describes as follows: "Daley is an attacking midfielder, who is also a deep striker or as a flank player can be played. He excels because of its fast, technical operations and splitting his passing. He scores and makes scoring and can create chances from nothing. "
"He should, if an adjustment, can be an asset for Belgian clubs and maybe more. He is considered one of the biggest talents in Jamaica from various decades. The club that gets him in could be a good thing to do."
Karl Wallace let us know that there is already a Belgian club is interested, but they still have received no concrete proposal. "All we ask is a test period of 10 to 14 days, so Daley Belgian clubs can convince his qualities."
Football in Jamaica is an absolutely incontestable. So the club to a 38th place in FIFA World Ranking, in three areas of our Red Devils. Last year crowned itself to power on the Caribbean. In the recent Gold Cup is first switched off the Honduran club Victor Bernardez (former Anderlecht and Lierse) - but lost his chance against the United States.

I was just wondering about Dada as I did not see him on his agent's website. But he needs to avoid MLS or Norway, where they do not really utilize creative midfielders. IMO, Dada is more Portugal, French, Spanish, Dutch type player. But if he spends sometime in Belgium and learns he will be fine.

Why Belgium? Because he can get EU citizenship in three(3) years. Also, they can develop him further. Yes, I would also love to see him on the Iberian peninsula but he needs to get into a professional setup, ASAP to prove his worth.
Its a feeder league for the better quality players in Belgium...Anderlecht and Club Bruge were big European clubs at one time so Belgian football does have a European pedigree...
More exposure to the other European scouts and clubs...
Good move fi dis yute; Jamaica's stand-out talent at this last GC.
Dis yute oozes quality and class; he will make it in Europe.
The first thing di yute must do is get proper professional representation, dem guys deh who seh dem a represent him jus a try a ting. Nuh wonda him nuh reach nuh weh all dis time, yuh soon hear dem ship him out to di vietnam or singapore league lol.
If indeed he is going to Belgium, it would be a very good move. All important European teams pay a lot of attention to the Belgian league(s) -- yes, the lower divisions as well -- because many clubs use these leagues to stash and develop talent. Many African players of former French colonies such as CIV play there as they move on up, including the Toures, Arthur Boka, Emmanuel Eboue, Gervinho and so on. Its leagues are broadly international, and its players well coached. Hey, Jason Morrison's time in Belgium was very important to his development.
Hi guys, this came out in England on Friday and i wondered if you could shed some light on it. http://www.facebook.com/notes/premier-le...245402082150167 Preston north End are the team that took Ricardo Fuller,Claude Davis and Omar Daley to England.
TIVOLI Gardens FC's Keammar 'Dada' Daley has gone to England for a trial stint at Preston North End, the English Championship team which was recently relegated to Division One.
Preston have now come under new ownership with new funding which will assist the club to return to the Championship League with the acquisition of new talent.
Daley was selected for trial based on his impressive "game-changing" role in the recent CONCACAF Gold Cup tournament which brought him very positive media reviews.
The stocky midfielder, who was the top goal-scorer at the Pan-American Games in Brazil for runners-up Jamaica, was also selected as the Most Valuable Player in the Flow Championship Cup, which was won by Tivoli this past season. Daley collected $400,000 for his efforts.
In his exploits for the senior Reggae Boyz, Daley has essentially played as midfield play maker.
I think people should be realistic here. Spain and France is out of the question here. He is very talented but not up to that standards yet. In fact, there's no footballer on the current reggae boys that could make it in Spain or France. Belgium to me is a perfect situation, even better than playing in league one. He could develop perfectly in that set up while being closely watched by Europe top scounts seeing how a lot of feeder clubs are played there.

Well Said!! I think at times a lot of people lose perspective on the quality and standard of the current squad.
With the latest tranfer news i come to the conclusion thats Preston wont be the 1st and not the last to take a hands on look at Daley. They could offer him the most money though?
