His name is Daniel Johnson. Daniel is a central midfielder who plays for Aston Villa. He is 18 years old.
Johnson is seen a talented midfielder with great potential, who although being listed as an academy player has been recently given a first team squad number. That number is 35. Before joining Villa, Johnson was at Crystal Palace when he caught the eye of the Villa's scouts whilst playing against the Midlands side last year. Aston Villa completed the signing of Johnson on the 1st of August 2010, and in October for the Carling Cup tie against Burnley Johnson was named on the bench following John Carew pulling out of the squad through Illness.
This player is a great prospect. Watched a couple reserve games with him and he is outstanding.

theDread how much Jamaican live in England .. this kid was born in Jamaica , so to is sterling , nigel neita , and a few other player in low divisions .. the question remains if he want to play for Jamaica.

1. Does he WANT to play for Jamaica? 2. Will Villa allow him to play for Jamaica youth and senior national teams?
Best way to find out his to invite him down after the English league season while all the other players are (hopefully) preparing for the Gold Cup. While in camp Tappa could see if he is ready for show time. All the senior players will be together from the end of May through the begining of the Gold Cup in June. That would be long enough to see what he is made of.......and if he shows up for the camp..... Not too many people knew about Deon "onelove" Burton until after he worked out with the team at the Jamaica camp. Most were more concerned about Paul Hall and Fitzroy Simpson. Burton became a very instrumental person in our qualification.....

He is born in 1992 so he is eligible to play in 2011 concacaf u20 finals in april, should we try to call him then or wait until the 2011 Gold Cup for the seniors?

The Gold Cup camp (open) invitation would be part of the selling point for him buying the U-20 invitation........I would think.
