Big Up Lenard - that´s exactly my point of view !!
And I don´t think Tappa is the scapegoat - if he would have known that Shorty´ll day cuz of him, he would´t have drove too fast.

Lenard,
I don't think the man was judging Tappa.
The man is just wondering whether Tappa was in fact the one driving the car and then took bad advise and change his story after words.
It doesn't matter what Shorty would have liked. The law of the country must take its course. No one is bigger than the law.
If he was driving crazy or driving under the influence and caused Shorty untimely death then he should face the consequences like anybody else.
With all these Investigators, forensic and DNA experts that they have, I really don't understand how they are unable to tell with 100% surety who was actually driving.

Thank u DoubleB. I wasn't judging no one i was just wondering if tappa was the one driving the car.If he was and he lied , then he should face the consequences.
Some of us need to read the posts properly first before making wrong statements.

Yow rudy we all yard boyz to be fair when i man remember shorty water come a mi eye because he's like a little hero.The point is you asking us want do we think so you still wondering who was driving,and to be fair is only shorty him self could tell what happening so i think that all of us should stop all this about shorty & Tappa.If you go to the reggae boyz profile you see a photo of shorty in memories of him {Rip}.We all like that all so when you was ask what we guy think you mention tappa so in your mind you think is him but im not saying any is bigger that the law but all we should be praying for is that it was him,its only god alone can judge.peace BOYZ.....
