Hearts have agreed to sign Mark De Vries, the Surinam striker, from Dordecht 90 on a bosman free transfer in the summer according to www.scotprem.com This could well spell the end for Fuller, but i don't know... I'll keep you updated...

Jagga, the man said they are getting him on a free transfer. They therefore will not pay a transfer fee.
It is not the end of the road for Fuller however. Somehow I feel that Hearts might not have been the best place for him anyhow.
Fuller is too good to get stuck with a team which does not want to spend money to make them competitive in their league. They are happy languishing at or around mid-table in the SPL.

Is there any interest in him lately since he's going through a scoring drought? I hope he doesn't wind up going back to Tivoli, it would be the same crap over and over, not making the deal but getting greedy and increasing the value beyond what the team was willing to pay. Now he's become the marked man and hasn't scored so the value is back down. Too bad.

Herb-Luva, could be the fourth for Bolton. I saw a report on CIN two weeks ago, stating that Bolton's Academy is taking on a Young Jamaican from a Harbour View FC. He was recommended by Carl brown and it was said that Big sam agreed to take a look at him in May.

We'll take anyone with a bit of talent who's on the cheap.
HL, did you hear we're the first Premiership club ever to sign a Vietnemese player!!

There is no problem if fuller leaves heart, there is a newly promoted team and there will be two more.My guess is that he will be in the premier league next season(IF HE CAN STAY FIT)who wants to bet against that!!! GUIDANCE!!!

If you want to blame someone for Fuller's lesser chances of joining a club that will look after him and help him develop, then blame Celtic and Rangers. THEY turned down the TV deal, not Hearts, THEY ruined the finaces of EVERY club in the SPL, Hearts had a good chance of signing Ricardo, but NO the Smelly, unwashed Bas**rds from the west coast were to selfish and greedy and I hope their clubs burn in Hell, they have ruined Scottish football. You cannot begin to understand my hatred for them, and how dissapointed I am. read this if you don't believe Hearts problems http://www.thescotsman.co.uk/football.cfm?id=395842002

IMO, Hearts could offer 200k and it should be accepted. Fuller is not a goalscorer, he is a provider. What sort of crowds do Tivoli pull in?

Cat, yep I heard that we're the first to sign a Vietnamese player.
Lyod, thanks for the info, I hadn't heard about the Jamaican youth. It is a good move, we should get them as young as possible so we can mould them into the type of player we need.

I'd only expect JJ to get a place on the bench at most, think Sam will go with experienced players to get safety confirmed against Spurs and Fulham.
Would be typical though, 2nd league match i miss all season JJ plays, scores and becomes the world's greatest player!!
